1. product standards
This product is manufactured according to GB/T9330-2008 "plastic insulated control cable", 60227IEC "rated voltage 450/750V and below PVC insulated cable" and IEC60502 "rated voltage 1-30kV extruded insulated power cable and accessories" and other standards.2. scope of application
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed control cables are suitable for wiring control, signal, protection and measurement systems with rated voltages of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below.
3. Use Features
1. Power frequency rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V or 0.6/1kV.2. The maximum allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃.
3. In case of short circuit, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the duration shall not exceed 5s.4. The cable is laid at not less than 0 ℃ without preheating the cable.
5. The recommend allowable bending radius of the cable is as follows:
Non-armored cable, should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Armored or copper tape shielded cable, should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;The shielded flexible cable shall not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
